My Story
For several years I had not felt good about myself. The reason being that although I exercised and looked good in my clothes the lines on my face gave away the fact I was in my late fifties. Once I reached sixty It really became an issue, each time I looked in the mirror all that I could see was the lines on my face and the loose skin and double chin around my jaw line.
I made enquiries as to the cost to well known companies that did plastic surgery in England and realised that to have a face lift here would be well out of my income bracket.
By chance a friend of mine told me about a hospital in Thailand where mutual friends had been for surgery and health care, including cosmetic dentistry. After many wasted months of phone calls, enquiries and endless internet searches, we just decided to arrange a flight out to Thailand and take it from there. I flew with my daughter and although we were nervous, as we had no concrete details, we arranged an appointment to see a surgeon and visit the hospital.
It was a brave decision for me as I had no idea where we were going or what to expect……………….. I am so glad I took the time out to do this and I am now an agent for the hospital, and have been back to Thailand on numerous occasions and that's why I can now offer you the assurance and assistance you will need to have surgery at a very low cost but with the confidence that you will know exactly what to expect and have all the arrangements made for you.
After extensive checks on my health including a heart monitor and an aids test, I reported to the hospital early the next day. At this point I was pleased to find out the hospital did not have the MRSA bug.
A lower face lift was carried out, also liposuction under my chin. The Surgeon also did laser treatment on the skin under my eyes. The hospital and equipment were of an exceptional standard and the treatment I received by the nurses and the surgeon were extremely high. I felt safe and comfortable at all times. I stayed one day in the hospital and returned to my hotel.
I was given an emergency number to ring at any time if needed and Rena was in constant touch at the end of a phone. After a few days I returned to the Surgeon who took off the bandages and removed the stitches, again I felt very little pain.
At this point I was amazed at how little my face was bruised and although swollen, I could see an improvement. A few days later I returned home and after four days went back to work with no visible signs of the reason for my holiday.
I am so pleased that I had surgery and can not give enough praise to the hospital
staff and surgeon. I no longer look tired and have knocked at least ten years off my age.
I would certainly return to Bangkok and the Pattaya hospital and have any treatment carried out there. The best point being that the holiday, in a five star hotel and all treatment carried out was less than Half Price than it would have cost just for the surgery in a clinic in England.
